I am thrilled with my new shower room! Matt came & did a survey of my bathroom & he and his team designed the shower room and suggested all products for it. Max and Kristina were a great help in finding & fine tuning items that I asked for and Abigail helped sort out final queries & offered support with operational instructions which was & is greatly appreciated! I know I can call on them if I have any problems. Dave fitted everything in my shower room to an extremely high standard and worked really hard. He left everything really clean and tidy at the end of every day too. I was very impressed. He was a pleasure to have working in the house. I purchased my current home in April 2024 and decided to update the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. I approached 4 different companies and fortunately decided on Raffles. This was a very good decision and was based on their extremely helpful attitude. We have found Abigail absolutely super - her help and advice on design and choices has proved very successful and nothing has been too much trouble. Any change of mind by my wife or I on design or choices was simply met with patience and assistance plus obvious resolution. Also any changes after completion due to us have all been dealt with speedily and efficiently. David carried out all the physical building work with extreme care and was very tidy all the time plus he gave us so much confidence that we were able to leave our home for the time he needed to rebuild the kitchen. We now have a perfect kitchen plus 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. Many thanks to Abigail, David and Raffles.

We were complete first timers and had a tight budget but this was kindly considered and taken into account by James and Carine during the planning phase. James and his team with a special mention of Konrad have just completed the design, supply and installation of 2 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. James in the design understood our needs completely and Konrad in the 5 weeks to complete the project demonstrated workmanship to the highest quality and can a installer ever be tidy ??? I came to Raffles with a problem of water damage that had been caused to some of my kitchen units. Although James didn’t know me, and had nothing to do with the supply or fitting of my kitchen, he took my problem as if it were his own, giving thought as to how the damage might be rectified and who might best be capable of dealing with it. After consideration he put me in touch with a small firm who were able to do exactly what was required, and to a very high standard. For his time, and for his wealth of knowledge, he asked nothing in return. He is a man of the old school who knows how he would like things to be done, and for my next kitchen, Raffles will be my first call.

We used Raffles for our recent house refurbishment and found Matthew to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. Matthew listened to our requirements noting our budget and provided quotes quickly and efficiently.
